Verification
Our team will verify your claim within 24 hours. We'll check product authenticity, warranty status, and issue details.
RMA Authorization
Once verified, we'll provide RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and shipping instructions for the defective product.
Product Replacement
After receiving your product, we'll process the replacement. New product will be shipped within 10-15 business days.

Standard warranty claims are processed within 10-15 business days from the date we receive your defective product. Express service available for enterprise customers.
Warranty Coverage
Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship. Does not cover: physical damage, liquid damage, tampering, improper installation, or damage from power surges.
Packaging Instructions
When returning products:
- Use original packaging if available
- Include all accessories and cables
- Write RMA number on the package
