  • 5-Day Return Window: Products can be returned within 5 days of delivery if found defective or damaged.
  • Original Condition: Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.

  • Inspection Required: All returned products undergo thorough inspection before processing refunds or replacements.

Return Process Timeline

Step 1: Initiation (Within 5 Days)

Contact our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email to initiate the return process. Provide your order details and reason for return.

Step 2: Inspection & Approval (1-2 Days)

Our technical team will verify the issue and approve the return request. You'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Step 3: Pickup/Return (2-3 Days)

We arrange pickup from your location (free for genuine defects) or you can ship the product to our Nehru Place office.

Step 4: Testing & Processing (3-5 Days)

Product undergoes testing at our facility. Based on results, we process replacement or refund.

Step 5: Resolution (1-2 Days)

Replacement shipped or refund processed to original payment method. You receive confirmation.
