Return Process Timeline
Contact our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email to initiate the return process. Provide your order details and reason for return.
Our technical team will verify the issue and approve the return request. You'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
We arrange pickup from your location (free for genuine defects) or you can ship the product to our Nehru Place office.
Product undergoes testing at our facility. Based on results, we process replacement or refund.
Replacement shipped or refund processed to original payment method. You receive confirmation.
